Marc'harit Dodart des Loges, née Houel, was a pupil of director J. Ronsin at the Beaux-Arts in Rennes. Ronsin, and for engraving Jeanne Malivel.
She illustrated nursery rhymes and songs by Botrel for dishes at La Grande Maison:
